FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our booking system is very simple.
The access to the flats is automatic and simple, this allows us to be useful for both you and us, this is a plus for our customers who can not adapt to the usual check in schedule or do not speak Spanish. Communication is 100% online and the response rate is very fast for urgent enquiries.
On the other hand if you have any doubts you can find them in our FAQ section and if the answer is not there you can consult it via email, we will answer you as soon as possible (24 hours).

Lo primero que tienes que hacer es checkear el apartamento de tu preferencia y los días que te vas a quedar con nosotros en nuestro motor de reservas.
Una vez hecha la reserva, te llegará un e-mail de confirmación con los pasos que debes seguir para hacer el check-in, en el cual te pediremos la documentación de los huéspedes.
Tienes dos opciones:
1. Contestar el email adjuntando la documentación solicitada.
2. Hacer el check-in online, accediendo al enlace que te enviaremos en dicho email.
Importante: Si vas a enviar la documentación debes recordar que tiene que ser legible , simplemente tomas la fotografía de los pasaportes o DNI (DNI en el caso de que seas de España) de los huéspedes y la envías por correo.
Una vez que recibimos la documentación o el check -in online, recibirás otro correo confirmando la recepción de dicha documentación y explicándote cuándo y cómo recibirás la información de acceso automático.
Importante: Es esencial que hagas el check-in online o que envíes la documentación ya que sin ello no podremos enviarte el acceso automático al apartamento.
Reservas inmediatas: parece largo pero no te preocupes, esto lo haces en el transcurso de entre 5 y 10 minutos, así que si necesitas hacer una reserva para el mismo día, lo puedes hacer sin problemas a través de nuestro motor de reservas .
